Before adding a profile picture, the profile must be saved with some basic information such as First and Last Name. Once a profile is created, you can click on Add Profile Picture on under the profile picture icon on the left contact card.
A new window will open to allow you to select the profile picture. Once the file is selected and you click Open, the picture will automatically upload. The image will be displayed in a square format up to 462 x 462 pixels. Larger images will be reduced to fit inside this frame. Images should be kept small, less than 1 MB for quick opening.
After a picture has been uploaded, you can update it anytime using the same process. You can delete an image by clicking on the "X" in the upper right corner of the picture.
If you cannot see the contact card, click on the small arrow on the left side of the profile information in the center of the screen.
