Once you have filled in all of the information, make sure you save your info. Look at the very bottom right corner of your screen. You will see a green button that says “Save Survey Info”. Click the “Save Survey Info” button and the information will be saved so you can move on to the next step. If you do not save your survey information you will not be able to move onto the next step.
